Adhering to GMP standards, this machine is polished to a 300U sanitary finish. The high shear homogenizing structure, inspired by German engineering, features imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a maximum emulsifying speed of 3600rpm, it achieves an impressive shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is incorporated. We also offer customization options for a fixed cover to lower costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures aseptic materials, while the vacuum material suction capability prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for powder products.
