Adhering to GMP standards, the machine is polished to 300U sanitary standards. Featuring a high shear homogenizing structure crafted with German technology, it includes imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a maximum emulsifying speed of 3600rpm, it achieves a high shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
Effortless product discharging is ensured by our hydraulic tilting system. We also offer a customizable fixed cover option to lower costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature maintains aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking mechanism prevents dust, making it ideal for powder products.
