It adopts a variable-speed stirring system paired with a wall-scraping paddle design, allowing flexible speed adjustment (0-65 r/min) according to material viscosity. This ensures dead-angle-free mixing inside the tank, effectively prevents material from adhering to the tank wall and separating into layers, and is suitable for the uniform stirring of liquid, semi-liquid and high-viscosity materials.

It supports two optional heating modes: electric heating and steam heating, with accurate and stable temperature control to meet the process temperature requirements of different materials. The heating jacket adopts a fully sealed structure, featuring high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, safe and reliable equipment operation, as well as convenient cleaning and maintenance.

Equipped with a high-shear homogenizer, it generates strong shearing force through high-speed rotation, which can refine particles and droplets in materials, realize emulsification, dispersion and homogenization of materials, significantly improve the fineness and stability of product texture, and is suitable for the production process of shampoo, lotion, cream and other products.
