Adhering to stringent GMP standards and polished to 300U sanitary specifications, our mixer boasts a high shear homogenizing structure, inspired by German engineering. It features imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. With an impressive maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it delivers a high shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
Designed for seamless product discharging, our hydraulic tilting system enhances operational ease. We also offer customizable options like a fixed cover to reduce costs and machine height.
