The double-way mixing paddles, made from SUS316L material, ensure seamless cleaning with no dead angles.
Built to GMP standards, the machine's surface is polished to 300U sanitary levels. The high shear homogenizing mechanism, crafted with German precision, includes imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings, achieving a maximum emulsifying speed of 3600rpm with a shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For smooth and easy product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system stands ready. Additionally, we provide the option to customize a fixed cover, reducing both cost and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material suction prevents dust, perfect for powder-based products.
