Adhering to GMP standards, our machine boasts a polished 300U sanitary finish. The high shear homogenizing structure, utilizing German technology, includes imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings, achieving a maximum emulsifying speed of 3600rpm and a high shearing fineness range of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharging, the LTB-VM is equipped with a hydraulic tilting system. We also offer the option to customize a fixed cover to reduce costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking function prevents dust accumulation, making it perfect for handling powder products.
