Compliant with GMP standards, this machine is polished to meet 300U sanitary requirements. The high shear homogenizing structure, incorporating advanced German engineering, is equipped with imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. Achieving a maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it ensures superior shearing fineness ranging from 0.2 to 5um.
To simplify product discharge, we've integrated a hydraulic tilting system. For cost efficiency and reduced machine height, a customizable fixed cover is available. The vacuum defoaming feature guarantees aseptic materials, while the vacuum material suction system prevents dust accumulation-perfect for handling powder products.
