The high shear homogenizing structure, crafted with cutting-edge German technology, includes imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it achieves a remarkable shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
Featuring an efficient hydraulic tilting system, this equipment ensures effortless product discharge. We also offer an optional fixed cover to reduce costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming capability ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material sucking feature prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for powder products.
