The high shear homogenizing structure, utilizing German technology, is enhanced with imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. Boasting a maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it achieves an impressive shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For effortless product discharge, our advanced hydraulic tilting system is in place. Additionally, a customizable fixed cover option is available to lower costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming function ensures aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking feature mitigates dust accumulation, making it ideal for powder products.
