The pneumatic valve filling time can be set with precision up to 0.01 seconds, ensuring measurement accuracy within +1% error range, thereby minimizing material loss and maximizing economic efficiency.

 

Advanced Servo Motor Filling System

Each filling head can be individually adjusted for consistent filling metering. The machine is equipped with sophisticated bottle entry technology; it will not fill if there is no bottle or no count. Filling initiates only when the counter's bottle count matches the set requirement, ensuring precise operations.
