Adhering to GMP standards, the machine is meticulously polished to meet 300U sanitary specifications. The high shear homogenizing system, incorporating German engineering, features imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a top emulsifying speed of 3600rpm, it achieves an ultra-fine shearing precision of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is included. Moreover, we offer the option of a fixed cover to cut costs and reduce machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterilized materials, while the vacuum material suction prevents dust buildup, making it perfect for powder products.
