The high shear homogenizing structure, developed with cutting-edge German technology, features imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a peak emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it achieves an exceedingly fine shearing precision of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharging, our sophisticated hydraulic tilting system is employed. Additionally, we provide the option to customize a fixed cover to reduce costs and the machine's height. The vacuum defoaming capability guarantees aseptic materials, while the vacuum material suction feature prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for handling powder products.
