The high shear homogenizing structure, crafted with German technology, includes imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. With a maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it achieves a high shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is implemented. We also offer the option to customize a fixed cover to reduce costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming capability ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material suction feature prevents dust accumulation-ideal for powder products.
