Our latest Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer offers two control options: intuitive button control or the sophisticated SIEMENS PLC touch screen. The double-directional mixing paddles are crafted from SUS316L material, eliminating dead angles to facilitate easy cleaning.
Adhering to GMP standards, the machine is polished to meet the stringent 300U sanitary requirements. The high shear homogenizing structure, designed with advanced German technology, features imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. It achieves an emulsifying rotation speed of up to 3600rpm, delivering a shearing fineness between 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is incorporated. Additionally, we offer an option to customize a fixed cover to reduce costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming technology ensures aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking feature prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for processing powder products.
