All functions are managed through the touch screen, utilizing fixed runner parameters for precise control over filling time and metering. The pneumatic valve filling time can be precisely set to 0.01 seconds, ensuring measurement accuracy within a +1% error range, minimizing material loss, and maximizing economic efficiency.

 

Servo Motor Filling System

Each filling head's metering can be individually adjusted to ensure uniform filling accuracy. The machine incorporates a bottle entry technology program, ensuring no filling without bottle presence or counting discrepancies. Filling only commences when the counter matches the set number of bottles.

The filling amount can be adjusted and fine-tuned to achieve precise measurement accuracy. Note: Both the filling range and speed can be designed according to user-specific needs and different filling heads.
