CIP Cleaning System
The CIP tanks (cleaning in place tanks), allows that the chemical products to clean the food processing plant automatically. The system is composed of a series of tanks containing various solutions needed for cleaning.

CIP is commonly used for equipment such as piping, tanks, and fillers. CIP employs turbulent flow through piping, and/or spray balls for tanks or vessels. In some cases, CIP can also be accomplished with fill, soak and agitate.

A complete CIP system assembled on a SKID is a more or less automated system for washing tanks, vats and pipework circuits for the food-manufacturing industry. It is composed of recovery tanks, a washing pump, a delivery line and the solution return line.

Sealed Cover

Electric Heater

In the CIP system, the electric heating rod is the key heating component, which can make the cleaning liquid reach the appropriate temperature, and plays a significant role in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Fast heating can shorten the cleaning cycle; accurate temperature control can meet the needs of different cleaning stages; easy installation and maintenance, simple structure and modular design; strong adaptability, adaptable to different scales of CIP systems.

Through the real-time feedback of temperature information from the temperature sensor, the control system adjusts the power of the electric heating rod in time according to the feedback to ensure that the temperature of the cleaning liquid is always stable near the set value, thus ensuring the consistency and stability of the cleaning effect.

Circulating Pump

The circulating pump is the core power to promote the circulation of the cleaning liquid, like the "heart" to ensure that the cleaning liquid is fully in contact with all parts of the equipment to achieve efficient cleaning. It uses the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to drive the circulation of the cleaning liquid, which can provide power and maintain the stability of parameters such as flow and pressure, and adapt to the needs of different cleaning stages.

The use of corrosion-resistant materials can resist acid and alkali erosion; high efficiency and energy saving, can automatically adjust the power; stable operation, low noise, and easy to clean and maintain, in line with hygiene standards.

 

Stainless Steel Pipe

The pipes are mostly made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and the inner wall is smooth without dead ends, avoiding cleaning liquid residue and dirt adhesion, and meeting hygiene standards.

The design pays attention to reasonable layout, minimizes bends and dead ends, and is equipped with quick-installation joints, which is convenient for disassembly, assembly, cleaning and maintenance.
