The high shear homogenizing structure, engineered with advanced German technology, includes imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings, achieving a maximum emulsifying speed of 3600rpm for a precise shear fineness of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is installed. We also offer an option to customize a fixed cover to reduce both costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material suction prevents dust accumulation, making it perfect for powder products.
