Compliant with GMP standards, the machine is meticulously polished to meet the 300U sanitary threshold. Its high-shear homogenizing structure, leveraging German technology, is fortified with imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. Achieving a maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it delivers an impressive shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is at your service. We also offer an option to customize a fixed cover, optimizing costs and reducing machine height. The vacuum defoaming capability ensures aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking feature effectively prevents dust accumulation, ideal for handling powder products.
