Its high shear homogenizing mechanism, informed by German technology, features imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a top emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it achieves a shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is at your service. Additionally, we provide the option to customize a fixed cover to mitigate costs and reduce machine height. The vacuum defoaming function ensures aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking feature prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for powder products.
