Compliant with GMP standards, our machine is polished to a 300U sanitary finish. Featuring a high shear homogenizing assembly based on German technology, it is equipped with imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With an emulsifying rotation speed reaching up to 3600rpm, it achieves an impressive shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is employed. Additionally, we offer an option to customize a fixed cover to lower costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming function ensures the material remains aseptic, while the vacuum material sucking feature minimizes dust, making it perfect for powder products.
