The double-way mixing paddles, crafted from SUS316L material, ensure seamless cleaning with no dead angles for maximum hygiene.
Adhering to GMP standards, our mixer is polished to a pristine 300U sanitary finish. The high shear homogenizing structure, engineered with German precision, includes imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With an emulsifying rotation speed peaking at 3600rpm, it achieves a shearing fineness of 0.2-5um, setting benchmarks in the industry.
For ease of operation, our hydraulic tilting system facilitates effortless product discharge. Additionally, we offer the option to customize a fixed cover, reducing costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material sucking function prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for handling powder products.
