Adhering to GMP standards, the machine boasts a polished finish to 300U sanitary specifications. The high shear homogenizing mechanism, designed with cutting-edge German technology, incorporates imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a top emulsifying speed of 3600rpm, it achieves a superior shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
Our hydraulic tilting system ensures seamless product discharge. Additionally, we provide an optional fixed cover to reduce costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material sucking function prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for handling powder products.
