Fully compliant with GMP standards, our machine is polished to achieve 300U sanitary standards. The high shear homogenizing structure, developed with German engineering, features imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. With a maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it attains an impressive shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
Our hydraulic tilting system ensures effortless product discharging. Additionally, we offer a customizable fixed cover to help reduce costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures aseptic materials while the vacuum material sucking function prevents dust accumulation, making it perfect for powder products.
