No need to add spare parts to replace the filling specifications, just to make adjustments can be completed.

Containers of various shapes can be filled effectively in this equipment. The international advanced gas filling valve isselected to ensure no leakage or drooling in the filling process.
The powerful PLC software supports the ideal filling operation and man-machine interface. All operations are completed on the touch screen. Filling uses fixed runner parameters to control the filling time to achieve different metering filling. The precise time for pneumatic valve filling can be set to 0.01 seconds, which can enable the measurement accuracy to be controlled within +1% error range, reduce unnecessary material loss, and improve usereconomic efficiency.

Servo Motor Filling System
The metering of each filling head can be individually adjusted to achieve consistent filling metering. The machine has set the bottle entry technology program, and no bottle or no counting is not filled. The filling is only started when the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of filled bottles.
The amount of filling can be adjusted to the required amount of filling, and then fine-tuning, you can get the ideal tilling measurement accuracy. Note: Filling range and speed can be designed according to user needs todifferent filling heads).
