Adhering to GMP standards, the machine's surface is polished to meet 300U sanitary criteria. The high shear homogenizing structure, incorporating advanced German technology, includes imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. With a maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it achieves a shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
Our hydraulic tilting system allows for easy product discharging. Additionally, we offer a customizable fixed cover option to reduce both costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking function prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for handling powder products.
