The double-way mixing paddles, made of SUS316L, are meticulously designed for easy cleaning with no dead angles.
Adhering to GMP standards, our machine is polished to a 300U sanitary finish. The high shear homogenizing system, built with German precision, includes imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a peak emulsifying speed of 3600rpm, it attains an impressive shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
Effortless product discharging is ensured by our hydraulic tilting system. For cost efficiency and reduced machine height, we also offer a customizable fixed cover. The vacuum defoaming function guarantees aseptic materials, and the vacuum material sucking feature prevents dust accumulation, ideal for powdery substances.
