The high shear homogenizing structure employs advanced German technology, featuring imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a peak emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it delivers a superior shearing fineness range of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharge, our hydraulic tilting system is integrated. Additionally, we offer the customization option of a fixed cover to reduce costs and lower machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material sucking capability prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for handling powder products.
