High Shear Homogenizer
Installed at the bottom to ensure even homogenization, even with small batches. The sealing system uses a recycled water cooling system allowing for continuous operation, solving homogenizing issues with high-viscosity materials. A frequency conversion speed adjustment controller caters to various complex ingredients, achieving emulsifying capacity up to 3 times per minute. An upper homogenizer option is available to work in conjunction with the bottom system, enhancing the emulsifying effect for a brighter and more luminous product.
