The high shear homogenizing structure, engineered with advanced German technology, boasts imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a maximum emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it achieves an impressive shearing fineness of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharging, our hydraulic tilting system is included. Additionally, we offer a customizable fixed cover option to reduce costs and overall machine height. The vacuum defoaming function ensures aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking feature prevents dust accumulation, making it ideal for powder products.
