The high shear homogenizing structure, developed with German technology, features imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a peak emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it delivers an ultra-fine shearing precision of 0.2-5um.
For seamless product discharging, our hydraulic tilting system is at your service. Additionally, we offer the customization of a fixed cover to lower costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming capability ensures aseptic materials, while the vacuum material sucking feature prevents dust accumulation, making it perfect for powder products.
