Fully compliant with GMP standards, the mixer is polished to meet 300U sanitary benchmarks. Its high shear homogenizing structure, crafted using German technology, includes imported double-end mechanical seals and Japanese NSK bearings. With a peak emulsifying rotation speed of 3600rpm, it delivers a shearing fineness between 0.2-5um.
Our hydraulic tilting system allows for effortless product discharge. Additionally, we offer a customizable fixed cover option to lower costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature ensures sterile materials, while the vacuum material sucking system prevents dust accumulation, making it perfect for handling powder products.
