The high shear homogenizing structure, built with precision German technology, includes imported double-end mechanical sealing and Japanese NSK bearings. With an emulsifying rotation speed of up to 3600rpm, it achieves a high shearing fineness ranging from 0.2-5um.
Our hydraulic tilting system ensures effortless product discharging. Additionally, a customizable fixed cover is available to reduce costs and machine height. The vacuum defoaming feature maintains aseptic conditions, while the vacuum material sucking capability prevents dust build-up, making it ideal for handling powder products.
